• Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely! A 50% mandatory deposit will need to be paid upon booking, while your final payment is due on delivery day (prior to us sending all your files).

• Can you just create one logo for me?

Branding is more than just a logo. It not only defines who your business is but how you reflect and represent that to your customer. For this reason, we do not provide logo-only services. We recommend our branding package or our flash branding for entrepreneurs who are looking to launch quickly.

• What files do I receive from you?

You will always get a PDF guide that contains all the elements included in our package. We will then deliver any assets (logo, brand mark, custom illustrations, etc) in Ai, EPS, PNG, and JPEG.

• Can I have a refund?

Once we start working together. You give Isabel Carlota & CO permission to process payment which is non-refundable. You understand the specifics of the services offered, and agree dissatisfaction with the services will not result in a refund. You understand I do not guarantee you will earn money, acquire followers, or see results using the techniques and strategies taught through the consulting services, although they have been proven to be successful in the past. Results will be dependent on you.
